At JNM Supports, we make accessing high-quality Behaviour Support simple and stress-free. Our step-by-step process provides a smooth journey, from initial referral to comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and ongoing review, ensuring personalised, evidence-based support that builds skills, reduces behaviours of concern, and promotes quality of life.
Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your goals, daily routines, strengths, and the behaviours that impact your wellbeing. This helps us understand what’s happening and map out the most effective support pathway.
Functional Assessment & Personalised Planning
We complete a detailed Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) and design a tailored Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan (CBSP) built around your needs, preferences, environment, and long-term goals. All strategies are evidence-based and person-centred.
Implementation & Support Setup
We work closely with your support team, family, support workers, school staff, and other providers, to ensure everyone understands the plan, receives training, and has the tools needed to implement strategies safely and consistently.
Ongoing Support, Monitoring & Review
We stay connected, monitor progress, refine strategies, and update your plan as your needs change. Our goal is to sustainably reduce behaviours of concern, strengthen skills, and improve overall independence and wellbeing.
